CLASSES

Classes with Gold color are generally calmer, more meditative classes. Green color represent medium to high intensity, depending on what you make of it. Bronze colored classes are of higher intensity.

“Boka” means you reserve a spot for a class in the Studio at S:t Eriksgatan 104, Stockholm. “Anmäl till livestream” means you are reserving a spot on the livestream of this class, which you access wherever you are! If you book a livestream class you get a link to the stream e-mailed 30 minutes before class starts. You can also access the livestream from your pages by logging in here on the website. All livestreamed classes are held in English.

If you have booked a class and can not attend, you need to cancel your reservation at least 3 hours before class starts 🙏

PRACTICAL
INFORMATION

  • All our classes are available in English, unless everyone in the class are Swedish.

  • You can borrow yoga mat at the studio for free.

  • Arrive at the studio 5-15 minutes before the class starts. The door locks at the time class starts, no exceptions.

  • If you can not attend, you need to cancel your booking more than 3 hours before class starts.

  • We have lockers for valuables, you need to bring your own lock or purshase a lock at the reception. Doors are also always looked during classes.
